Spring means that everything bursts into bloom, and Moscow is all covered in bright colours.
All photographs are taken in the apothecaries’ garden. The apothecaries’ garden is the oldest botanical garden in Russia. It was funded in 1706 by Peter the Great to grow medicinal herbs. The plants grown here were used not only to make medicine, but also to train medical students and future doctors in botany.
Meanwhile there are crocuses, daffodils, bluebells and many more flowers, and my favourite peonies are yet to come:)
